The Lean Strength Bundle (LSB) is a dual-component research set designed to investigate anabolic and growth-related pathways, combining:

  • 3X Blend (Tesamorelin, MGF, Ipamorelin):

    • Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) engineered to enhance growth hormone pulsatility in experimental settings.

    • Mechano-Growth Factor (MGF/IGF‑1Ec) is a splice variant of IGF‑1 that activates localized IGF‑1 receptor signaling, supporting muscle cell proliferation and tissue repair in laboratory studies.

    • Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHSR) agonist known for its ability to stimulate growth hormone release without significant impact on other pituitary hormones [1][2][3].

  • IGF‑1 LR3: A long-acting IGF‑1 analogue with a 13-amino-acid N-terminal extension and Arg³ substitution. IGF‑1 LR3 exhibits improved receptor binding, reduced affinity for binding proteins, and a significantly extended half-life (~20–30 hours) compared to native IGF‑1. It is widely studied for its role in cell growth and anabolic signaling [4][5].

Together, these components allow preclinical research into synergistic effects on protein synthesis, cellular regeneration, and growth factor signaling pathways.

This bundle is intended for laboratory research purposes only.
