What is 3X Blend Tesamorelin (5mg) / MGF (500mcg) / Ipamorelin (2.5mg)?

This 3X Blend combines three distinct peptides—Tesamorelin (5 mg), MGF (Mechano-Growth Factor, 500 mcg), and Ipamorelin (2.5 mg)—crafted for preclinical research into synergistic growth hormone axis activation, tissue repair, and metabolic regulation.

  • Tesamorelin is a 44–amino-acid GHRH analogue with a trans‑3‑hexenoic acid N‑terminal modification, used to initiate physiological, pulsatile GH release through GHRH-receptor engagement [1][2].
  • MGF is the C‑terminal E‑domain peptide of IGF‑1Ec, encoded via alternative splicing. It is released in response to mechanical stress and stimulates satellite cell activation, muscle repair, and tissue regeneration via IGF‑1 receptor–independent pathways, often engaging ERK signaling [3][4].
  • Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist pentapeptide (sequence Aib–His–D‑2‑Nal–D‑Phe–Lys–NH₂) that promotes endogenous GH release without affecting cortisol or prolactin [5][6].

By uniting GHRH, ghrelin receptor, and MGF E-domain–associated effects, this triple formulation provides a multimechanistic approach to studying endogenous GH secretion, muscle remodeling, and regenerative signaling in research models.
